My journey began with extensive roles at institutions like the Israeli Air Force and Intel Corporation. By honing my skills in change management, talent management, and succession planning, I fostered cultures of innovation and efficiency. My tenure at IDE Technologies solidified my expertise in steering global teams, instilling values, and cultivating organizational dynamics conducive to change.

In 2021, I embarked on a transformative chapter with SodaStream International, championing initiatives for a global workforce.

Today, as the founder of People Tech Consulting Solutions, I work at the intersection of Artificial Inteligence and Human Resources, ushering organizations into the future of work.

My consulting encompasses all facets of people and organizational development, including talent and performance management, HR systems strategic alignment, and pioneering workshops on AI applications for HR.

With a rich tapestry of experience spanning the spheres of People Tech Consulting, Global Organizational Development, AI, and Community Management, I am your strategic partner for driving organizational growth and evolution. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Consulting from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheva. Committed to continual learning and growth, I have also completed pivotal courses such as "Career Essentials in Generative AI" in collaboration with Microsoft and LinkedIn, "People Analytics" from The Wharton School, and "Design Thinking for Innovation" offered by the University of Virginia. Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I am dedicated to giving back to the community.
